Lake Country Log Homes

Project:
To create a marketing package including pieces for trade shows, mailing campaigns, general sales and a display poster for Lake Country’s show home offices and web site.

Results:
FX began by working with Lake Country designing a corporate brand and logo. The logo, colours, fonts and paper were chosen for their earthy, warm and tactile feel. A custom die-cut folder containing graph paper, a ruler and pencil were created as giveaways for potential customers at trade shows.

Four, full-colour postcards were created showing exterior and interior shots of beautiful log homes. Lastly, rack cards were designed in two colours showing various home and cottage designs in addition to stationery and a full-colour general brochure.

Sovereign Tours was looking for a brochure that would launch the new ownership of the company and boost sales.

Results:
Together we created a 16 page brochure outlining specific tours. The brochure is bursting with colour photography and is easy to assess information. The new owners are very pleased with the resulting sales increases.
